Dear Church Family,

I want you to know that I am so thankful for each of you. In fact, "I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now..."

This Sunday we will be continuing our sermon series through Paul's letter to the church of Philippi and I will be highlighting how a Gospel Partner acts in everyday life (Philippians 2:19-30). As I prepare for the message, I cannot help but think of the men and women who make up Hutto Bible Church. Your commitment, encouragement and sacrifice makes everything we do possible. As we pursue the vision to give every man, woman and child repeated opportunities to see, hear and respond to the Gospel, we need to continue to encourage one another.

Big Answers to Prayer: New Partners in the Gospel

With that said, let me share a very encouraging answer to prayer that you will be hearing more about this Sunday. Our Elder Board has been praying for a way to expand our reach in Hutto, especially among our growing Spanish speaking population. We had a dream of starting a Spanish speaking congregation but had "zero" idea of how to make that a reality. So... we just prayed. We asked God to provide whatever we needed to reach the Latino community.

Long story short: He did!

This Sunday I will be telling the story of how God provided the leadership we needed, the essential training and mentoring to guide them, and the core team of Latinos committed to live as missionaries within our community.

Join us this Sunday as we pray for this new congregation and launch this new ministry.
